High-Performance isn't just behavior, its embracing that ineffable quality that is you. I work with leaders and teams to find their daring selves and deliver stellar performance.
Hi, I'm Steve Mann. In addition to being a tech exec and leadership coach, I'm the father of triplet girls. They are actually young ladies, soon to enter college.
When they were born I was blown away because well, there were three of them, (2) I had no experience raising girls and (3) how could I guide them in becoming vibrant, independent and powerful women in their own right?

Afterall, they would need to draw on a deep reservoir of resilience, strength, empathy, assertiveness, candor and love to thrive in this world.
I decided not to raise them as girls but as humans, with the goal of having an appreciation of balance in who they are and how they live their lives.
Now, it's not a foregone conclusion that any teen becomes human but I have high hopes for them.
They taught me to take a human approach in coaching - to recognize and celebrate the common and unique in all of us - regardless of the "differences" that separate us.
If someone were to say to me that a man can't empathize with a woman's situation or the reverse, I'd be in extreme disagreement.
Empathy begins with the ability to connect with others. Once you're connected then you can appreciate and feel the other's situation. And that's the foundation of my coaching philosophy.

My clients work at some of the most dynamic and
market-dominant firms in the world.
Before working with Steve I was frozen with indecision; torn between multiple personal interests, seek a promotion, or do nothing. Steve got me to my DARE by uncovering thinking errors holding me back. We worked on eliminating toxic thoughts and improving communications. I developed the clarity to make my own best choice.

As a physician leader, I greatly appreciated Steve for the leadership coaching, guidance and direction from fellow Emory University alum Steve Mann. As I transitioned from an early to mid-career professional, I began exploring career path options that match my expertise and passions. Through the coaching process, I received action-oriented advice on goal setting, leadership style, strengths, areas for improvement and discovering my "candidate market fit." I strongly recommend Steve to growth minded, results oriented professionals who desire to create their own path.
